He really had a hell of a game all things considered. Feel good for him.

Didn’t watch much of the game because I’m at work, but he seemed to be really good in the 2nd half

Foles was fine tonight. Very good after halftime. If you get that Foles + that defense, you can backdoor your way to two more wins

Scared the shit out of me in 1H, but came through when we needed him. 4Q drive was huge

You could see him gaining confidence and improving as the game went on. Kind of amazing, actually.

Hope we get good Foles for 2 more games.

He as downright good in the second half. If he does that for 4 quarters, we may have something next week

could definitely tell when he knew runs would do **** and took advantage. props for trying to stick with it when he could on the ground but atl was going to make him beat them, and he did.

I agree, but that measure has been set by his iffy play lately. I want to see them build on whatever change happened in Q3&4. Jeffreys getting a few was great, as Foles seemed to be on a differ page with him. I also want to see him run once, or twice. He can, it hurts to watch, but he is not a statue. he is not Wentz, or any super mobile QB, but he is also not Glennon. So since they figured something out, move from there.

i duno. he missed on a few early on and then the burton 15 yarder (that could have been big) but ryan couldn't throw either, and he was downright machine like in half two when he got comfortable. the red zone fg was disheartening but he still completed 70+ percent of passes overall.

Mid-first if he wins the super bowl and plays well. He's a better option for those teams picking there than the QBs who will be left on the board. Might even get a first rounder regardless.

I think Peter King had it right - Foles was not spectacular or anything but was plenty solid and did what was needed to win.

Gotta hope he has one more like that in him and the defense can rise to the occasion one more time. Going to be tougher this week, Minnesota's D clearly better than the Falcons, and the Eagles don't have any game changers on the outside.

i think that's a bit high, i'd say a 2nd and the only reason i think i'd do it is because we're low on draft picks coming up here.

crazy world we live in where we're discussing what we can get in return for the super bowl mvp in a trade.

No one wants to trade Jake Elliot.

I don't care if Foles wins the Super Bowl, there's no way you're getting a first round pick for him. He's still Nick Foles.

If they win it all and he plays well in both games, MAYBE you could talk me into somebody gives up a third rounder for him. I think he threw two passes over 20 yards Saturday, one got knocked down by the wind and landed 15 yards short, and the other was thrown directly to a safety.

Yeah, not sure where this first round pick for Nick Foles came from... he's a known commodity, a veteran not some rising kid... if we win the Super Bowl, it's because of Doug, the coaching staff, and the entire team... not some step up to a top starting QB from Nick Foles

Even if you get run over by a clown car and pissed on by a busload of school children, it's still your responsibility to interpret the meaning of the event and choose a response
