Gagne has a broken toe for Christ sake.

If he's not playing on Thursday night he should be completely embarrassed.

For how long? Till that team is eliminated?

How about two weeks? Because the Devils will probably just lose game seven and I've got $#@! odds as it is.

Even though Gagne is probably out, sure why not.

Flyers lose for sure now, thanks, kiddo.

The Flyers look like they might be the best team in these playoffs right now.

No joke.

Claude Giroux is quickly become my favorite Flyer. Do the Flyers have any studs-in-waiting in the minors right now? They just drafted somebody big last year, right?

No........their farm system is probably the worst in the NHL. They literally have nobody other than a possible #3/#4 defenseman in Marshall.

Studs? No. Some potentially decent players, but no studs IMO. And drafted someone big? No again IMO. Well, their two 6th round picks Labrecquen (C) and Wellwood (LW) had very nice years. I had high hopes for Riopel (G, 5th round), but he didn't perform too well in the AHL early and was sent back to the QMJHL. Morrison (G, 3rd round) regressed. I don't know much about Bertilsson (D, 3rd round). IIRC people have high hopes for him.

They do seem to be making some bigger undrafted signings over the past few months (they are obviously doing this because of Homer's love for trading away draft picks). Most recently Sergei Bobrovsky.

Bobrovsky, 21, spent his entire career with Metallurg Novokuznetsk and is the team's starter goalie for the past three seasons and he always had a saves percentage of more than .900. Playing for one of the weakest KHL teams he faced every night a good amount of shots and showed that he can deal well with pressure.

Ville Leino will likely take at least one of the spots at forward. The Flyers have a number of call-ups from the Phantoms that could also play, including Andreas Nodl and David Laliberte. Riley Cote could also dress.

I like Leino.. but I was hoping he'd see some action for other reasons.

Same here. No idea why Hartnell keeps playing over him. I am hoping Leino and Laliberte are the replacements Thursday (I still don't quite understand why Legein was not one of the callups because I wouldn't have minded seeing him either). The lines should be interesting

Don't worry, Panaccio is saying it's Leino and Laliberte.
