I haven't been listening, but how much you wanna bet that the major subject of conversation on WIP today is Andy Reid, why he called for a seven yard deep hand off on 3rd and less than a yard near the goal line, the defense, we need another wide receiver, etc., etc., etc.
Last Monday, I tuned in to the beginning of Anthony Gargano's show, and the first caller wanted to whine about the Eagles. Gargano proceeded to plead with people to "be patient," that "we'll get to that," and can't we talk about the Phillies for five minutes since they won the division?
I'm not sure I believe this place ever was a baseball town more than a football town, at least not since 1960.
