I'm about 90% sure. Audio highlights coming up on the post-game show for anyone interested.

Was anyone else annoyed by Leslie asking the same dumb question to every player. "Are you aware of the historical significance of this win in Phillies history???". WHO CARES

the Lidge version should be, well, cake: a pitch (a lit lightbulb) comes in, batter whiffs, screen goes black
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

Keep waiting. That was too weak to bother with.

I haven't been listening, but how much you wanna bet that the major subject of conversation on WIP today is Andy Reid, why he called for a seven yard deep hand off on 3rd and less than a yard near the goal line, the defense, we need another wide receiver, etc., etc., etc.

Last Monday, I tuned in to the beginning of Anthony Gargano's show, and the first caller wanted to whine about the Eagles. Gargano proceeded to plead with people to "be patient," that "we'll get to that," and can't we talk about the Phillies for five minutes since they won the division?

I'm not sure I believe this place ever was a baseball town more than a football town, at least not since 1960.

yeah you're probably right. though i think if i was gonna call WIP today i'd be more interested in complaining about the eagles too since the phils don't play for 4 days and there's really not much to discuss or all that much interesting from yesterday's game.

and that was an effing horrible call on the goalline play.

I think WIP callers are poor representation of the actual fanbase.

i love when they show the clubhouse after the win yesterday and you see So Taguchi trying to open a bottle , as like 10 other people walk around him grab a bottle and basically ignores him as they open their bottles
