I think it's because the way to a big choke/lost series seems so clear. I agree about first inning runs. If Rollins swings at the first pitch of the game, I may fly to Milwaukee, seek him out and bitch slap him.

the only good thing about this start time. i rolled out of bed 20 minutes ago and realized there was a big fucking game in a couple minutes.
