Why when Howard (utley too) swing on lefties, do they seem to almost be waving at it as they fall backwards away from the pitch? They are deep in the box and don't steep to step in the balls that break away from them? I've never understood this? I know Howard can't get the 2-out base knock every time, but he struggled to even make contact? Is there no way to adjust to a lefty??
Another couple runs would ahve pretty much destroyed the Brewers, but 4 runs isn't enough to make them hopeless...
