Snapper flinched his arm, they missed it. Wouldn't mind if you could challenge penalties like that. That almost changed the game.

Thats 100% on purpose by the long snapper. If you get caught its not a big deal but if you get the guy to jump it's a first down. Such bullshit.

Clearly that's a play designed by the Giants' staff--#48 is waiting for a defensive flinch and reacts to the movement too quickly if if were not pre-planned. Good design by them; let's steal it.
