yeah if you read the whole article he pretty much said it was the best team in the league, with the best offense in the league, led by the best qb in the league.

College Offenses have almost always been looked at negatively in the NFL, so him using that term specifically was never going to go down well. Especially to a fanbase that suffered through Chip Kelly, too soon man.

Couple of weeks ago when we were talking about the new guys, I specifically said that I wasn't sure what we really had in Clement, well he seems pretty damn real today. I love that Jeffrey had the game I've been looking for out of him. Weirdly every week it's some other guy, because our Scrappy hero Mac Hollins was pretty darn silent today with one grab for 8 yards. I love that it's so spread out. I also love that Burton got a touchdown.

I know injuries are part of the game but If you had told me before the season that we would go into a game without Peters, Sproles, Hicks and Ertz and then would hang 50 on the Broncos...man that's something

Clement looked so much quicker and more decisive today than he has all season. I had NEVER pictured him as a quick back who could make guys miss in the open field (and sometimes even in the hole). I wonder if being a pro has helped him develop physically to be quicker? Or is it just confidence? He seems like a great UDFA, probably spells the end to the Pumphrey experiment. Backs next year should be Ajayi, Clement, Barner, Smallwood, draft pick. Pump has to beat out Barner or the draft pick--he sure isn't beating out Ajayi or Clement.
