It's an excellent summary. Comey had to send that letter, but any rejoicing by Trump or the GOP over a renewed investigation is partisan nonsense unless something actually comes out of it.

It may actually end up being a good thing when the FBI announces on 11/4 or 11/7 that nothing new was found and the investigation is once again complete.

Nothing makes sense so I don't think you can come to that conclusion.
