Looks like the actual request from phpbb is going through like this:

http://www.youtube.com/v/PT2_F-1esPk

Then that gets redirected to this:

https://youtube.googleapis.com/v/PT2_F-1esPk

Which is just a blank screen. Probably something changed on the youtube/google side and phpbb will have to be updated to account for it.

so I return something on ebay. you have to 'request a return' on there to do it. the guy approves the return and refunds the money immediately so that his address isn't even listed on there anymore. I email him to ask the address and get no response. how long until I'm in the clear?

When you request a return the seller has an option of prepaying a return shipping label and waiting until the item gets back to them to refund the money or just give a straight full refund and tell you to keep it. Normally it should let you know which option they picked, but if they aren't responding to you my guess is they just decided to give you the refund and let you keep the item. If its something that was just a few dollars (less than $10-$15) that's normally what I do. You can probably contact eBay to ask them what the deal is if you want to know for sure.

I was in row 6 (I think?) of 112 for the McCartney concert and it was too far away to really be able to see the stage. Didn't matter all that much because they had giant video screens on either side. Also I'm used to seeing shows at much smaller venues so there's that.

I am obviously in no position to bitch because I was the dumbass idiot who decided to get a DUI in the first place almost 7 months ago now. My lawyer keeps calling me every few weeks and telling me they are pushing the date back every few weeks. Now not until September 14th. It's the 5th time the date has changed. Sort of confusing that they might consider someone a big enough of threat to possibly take them off the road for a while but take so long. Maybe it's because I have never had any other traffic violations and they don't consider me a priority. Still it sucks being in limbo this long when I am more than happy to just take my medicine and get it over with.

Had some middle eastern food for dinner.....chick came over....it got hot and heavy. Everything's going fine till all the sudden I felt the need to throw up. Had to run to the bathroom in the middle of action to up chuck dinner.....game over.

Needless to say I won't be going there to eat for awhile, nor is she coming back.

I haven't even had a prelim yet or my license taken. My BAC was so ridiculously high that I don't think I can qualify for the ARD program. Lawyer said worst case I might not lose my license but may get 6-9 months probation. I am not fighting anything which is what sort of sucks. Do what you want. I really just want to put it in the backseat and wouldn't make the mistake again.
