My first grade teacher got tired of everyone going to the bathroom one afternoon (she also insisted we call it the "basement" even though it was not in the basement but just down the hall) and so she stopped giving permission to go the bathroom and one girl peed in her seat. This was in public school by the way. That teacher was the worst.
