Roger Ailes is now going to be reporting to to Rupert Murdoch's son. Looks like he's being put in line.

Rand Paul has a 15% batshart-crazy component, but he has a good tax overhaul plan:

I believe this part to be true:

Asked if Trump paid anyone to attend the event, campaign manager Corey Lewandowski said "no"

He has quite a track record for mooching on debts, so good luck getting your Grants, SUCKAS

Egypt court confirmed Morsi's death sentence.

Earlier Tuesday, the same judge sentenced Morsi to life in prison over charges of conspiring with foreign groups, including Hamas. That sentence also can be appealed.

Al-Shami also confirmed death sentences against 16 others, including three jailed senior Brotherhood members. The other 13 were tried in absentia, including Sondos Asem, a Morsi aide, and the only woman to receive the death sentence in the slew of trials since 2013.

these 'trials' are pretty much shams, so i guess al-Sisi has pretty much successfully squashed opposition

Yeh, he seems to have the Bush flair for the stupid. Or maybe he's trying to get all the stupid stuff out of the way now to feed the base before people actually start paying attention.

Really need to get rid of Clinton. It's hard to beat Bush over the head with the failures of his family and talk about changing the status quo when she's running as the alternative. Her husband was a success, but that won't keep anyone from acting like he was a failure, and she definitely won't be the change that's needed.

they all either returned the money or donated it to charities including money to the family of those slain in the shooting

but let's face it, had this shooting not occurred they would have continued to accept money from these types of groups

So how many Republicans has Holt given money to? Oh, quite a few.

In 2004, he gave to Bush/Cheney '04.

He skipped '06 and '08, but in 2010 the recipients of his donations included Sharron Angle, Ken Buck, Rob Portman, and Ron Johnson.

In 2012, recipients included Romney, Cruz, Santorum, and Paul as well as Steve King, Louie Gohmert, Michele Bachmann, Dean Heller, Linda McMahon, George Allen, Richard Mourdock, Todd Akin, and Pete Hoekstra. Oh, and, oddly, two African-American candidates, Allen West and Mia Love.

In 2014, recipients included Gohmert, King, Love, Bachmann, West, Johnson, and Cruz again, as well as Joni Ernst, Tom Cotton, Thom Tillis, Ben Sasse, Tom Emmer, Mark Sanford, and Paul Broun.

I'm certain the left attracts loons and their money from the hard left as well, so to blame the republicans for getting money from whackos isn't entirely fair

but that said if the GOP really wants to start appealing to minorities then they really have to put their foot down and shake these groups off and start using language that doesn't dance around racial issues.

to be fair, the national GOP tried with CCC. They told people to stop accepting the money back in the 90s. The money's too delicious.
