I wasn't grossed out at all during either of my kids births, honestly I don't remember the gory details at all, just seeing my kids for the first time. HOWEVER, there was this Lamaze video they showed us where there this baby comes out head first and them the arms come out, and it was like some snapped bailing wire off a bundle of springs. I mean there is stuff flying all over the place, it's chilling.
