An obvious choice is the drummer in that painting, but you'd have to find a fife dude.

Or a quaker, you can say it's a Phillies reference.

John Wilkes Booth probably won't go over too well so don't choose that.

Must be going around. I got my normal amount of sleep, but I feel I could just go narcoleptic at any moment.

Passed my major comp. Gonna drink a bit of good bourbon tonight. Less celabratorily (not a word) since some fucking piece of shit in Boston has made me less joyous.

Don't let them steal your joy. In the words of our Vice President, this is a big fucking deal. Congratulations. Have a drink or five tonight, and tomorrow you can start working on your dissertation prospectus.

Chicago really beat the shit out of me, my wallet specifically. I knew I was in trouble when I paid 18 bucks for a shot of Fireball and a Bud Lite. I'm really afraid to look at how much I spent, but goddamn that was a good time. Heckled the shit out of Marmol and got a shitload of complements on my Chet Steadman shirsey.

That really shows how much I spent on food and alcohol.

Found money. I transferred apartments last month. The landlord wouldn't let me transfer my security deposit to my new place so I had to pay my new deposit while I waited on my refund. 30+ days later, I still haven't seen a check (they did provide a letter saying that I'd receive the entire amount back). If I'm correct, that means they owe me double the amount owed.

If the landlord fails to pay the tenant the difference between the sum
deposited, including any unpaid interest thereon, and the actual damages to the leasehold
premises caused by the tenant within thirty days after termination of the lease or surrender and
acceptance of the leasehold premises, the landlord shall be liable in assumpsit to double the
amount bywhich the sum deposited in escrow, including any unpaid interest thereon, exceeds
the actual damages to the leasehold premises caused by the tenant as determined by any
court of record or court not of record having jurisdiction in civil actions at law. The burden of
proof of actual damages caused by the tenant to the leasehold premises shall be on the
landlord.

I'll go straight to SugarHouse and put that extra cash on the roulette wheel or one hand of black jack. Get crazy.
