I argue with my own family members all the time about how they make Republicans look stupid with their arguments. I do think Romney would have been a good President, but I hope Obama does with the next four years what I wished he'd have done more in the first four.

As a Republican I think the Republicans that aren't actually Republicans but some kind of radical lunatic fringe lost this election more than any strategic method to the Obama campaign. I don't put my family and friends in there, but the older ones listen to to much Rush, and the younger ones have dad's who do.

The Republican party just needs to head back to the middle more. Romney wasn't a horrible candidate. I hope meeting in the middle can be done more on the second go round. Because nothing changed the first time. That was partially Obama's fault, but also the fault of the Republicans for not realizing it needs to change it's allignment with who/what it calls a Republican.

The gays vote hasn't moved any...just wish it'd get called so I could call this an all out awesome day.

agreed. even better than the unskewed guy coming closer and closer to an obama victory after being so petulant about his "unbiased" model being right. that's a close 2nd, though.

NC, VA, OH and FL are the new swing-state set. PA is no longer swing state. let's finally call it, after multiple elections of it going democratic every single time.
