Those "credit card services" robocalls are a scam from an identity theft ring. Don't press any numbers, just hang up. Pressing "1" gets you a live "customer service rep" who'll ask for your CC numbers, social security number, and other personal info for "service enrollment". Pressing whatever # to be taken off the call list does the opposite... it verifies the phone number is active and adds it to call lists they sell to other scammers.
