every however many of tin foil wrappers has a sticket on it that says free burrito. it is a surprise to the costumer and burrito maker. at leas the one near me does this.

Thanks for all the info. I'll likely move in the next year, renting out our old place, and I'm trying to figure out the effect on our taxes/cash flow. I'll need to look at the effect of depreciation.
