Also going to the Phils game Saturday so that's a day closer to happening, which is nice

I work Wedensday-Sunday in a 5 day stretch. Ergo, it feels like a Tuesday to me.

my gps has bluetooth. my phone has bluetooth. my phone has internet. why must i take my gps inside and hook it up to a computer with a cable in order to update it and backup up things like waypoints?

Heading to Cape Cod tomorrow morning for the entire week.

i'm gonna go to the beach on sunday. hopefully get so burned i puke up all my food

saw a kid in the back of the ambulance get CPR for a solid 5 minute straight last night. kid was dead in the back of the ambulance and they were able to revive him. then transferred him to the helicopter and air vac'd him out. apparently he died this morning in the hospital.

really sad and uncomforting. i couldn't watch it. our whole softball team was super bummed out and then tried to fight the other team because they were video taping it.

there's a swimming spot at the softball fields. kid went off the rope swing and didn't resurface. his friends pulled him out of the river and called 911. our field are tucked away in the forest and the baseball field is the only place to land.


used to go swimming there every weekend in high school. i woulda figured he jumped off the waterfall and hit a rock. the rope swing is fairly safe and i have no clue how he would have hurt himself. unless they're telling the wrong story and he really did go off the waterfall and hit a rock.


had a friend like 8 years ago slip off the rope and crash into the ground(~10ft), he then rolled into the river and started to drown. we were able to pull him out and he came back to conscious and couldn't remember a thing. the entire time getting him to the car/the drive/the waiting room he kept asking where he was and what happened. pretty scary.
