agreed. and there is some pretty promising cool stuff with wave energy generators. they look like huge plastic eels in the ocean, but they are by a lot of accounts much more reliable and more efficient than wind. problem is, they are in the ocean and some of the best spots for them are in no man's land. it may take some big time cooperation between countries to really make it work. not holding my breath.
