It's competition for MLB.tv or whatever, so they don't let you stream it. There are a couple of other XM stations you can't stream either - mostly ones with syndicated broadcasters that have their own streaming/download sites (the lefty and righty talkers).

Uggla is only my 2nd favorite NL East 2nd baseman whose last name starts with U, but he might be in my top 20 overall at this point. Met announcers hate his game, and keeps scoring and driving in runs against them.
