IS PAT BURRELL ALIVE?
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

I think the paper said he'd play against Maine tonight.

Note that both starting catchers aren't in this afternoon's lineup. Much as I frickin' hate LoDuca, I guess he deserves credit for not ducking the pain Cole will inflict upon his unrighteous self.

''I don't know what was harder - that (Phillies lineup) or the All-Star team lineup,'' Haren said.

I'm pretty sure Castro always catches Hernandez as Lo Duca doesn't speak Spanish and Hernandez doesn't speak English.

I could be wrong though. I just know that El Duque always would be caught by Posada, even in Posada had a scheduled day off as he spoke Spanish

"I'm not talking," Hernandez said, before switching to Spanish. "No mas. Manana."

They said it's just a light spritzing right now. Shouldn't be a problem getting underway on time.

Manuel said Burrell would play game 2. Youll probably see him and Vic in there, with Baberaham at 3rd.

not raining in north philly, im about to head down to the game. i think they pushed the start time back to 135 to avoid some of the rain.
