They have to be being coached in this manner but to me they are unbelievably timid in their defensive scheme whenever they are down a man. That end of the game was 3+ minutes where they didn't even sniff possession of the puck. Good win though.

So apparently the Flyers are 1 of 13 teams that fail to meet the expansion requirement guidelines for goalie.

Have to have 2 under contract or at least be under RFA status. Flyers have 1, Stolarz, under contract.

What's the concensus? Extend Mase and let Nuevy walk?

I dunno... I think I let Mason walk and do a shorter deal with Neuvirth... he can split time with Stolarz with Hart and Sandstrom coming
