Why do you say that? Because the guy is wearing a Steelers shirt and hat?

It would be pretty idiotic for somebody to send out an email titled "Only in Philly" while listing the time, date, and location if it wasn't from Philly. Then again the dude is a little off.

I just thought it was a funny pic especially because the guy said it was taken in the city.

That was funny Swish but you are exactly right. I knew it was supposed to be State but I probably typed Street Rd because that is the exit for Philly Park and I used to always go there.

I should have just copied and pasted originally.
