Took my 7 year old son to his first Flyers game last night. He was pumped to see Giroux and did his hockey idol ever deliver. Great night!

it is sort of concerning they were crushing them, up 4-0 and then had to squeak out a 6-4 win though

Teams sometimes go flat when they're dominating for 2 periods. They got the win, that's good enough for me.
Quick Google shows that GoGo is wrong with regards to the Kiwi and the Banana.

That's why getting the W is enough for me.. I don't care how the points come, just keep 'em coming.

This has probably been mentioned before but DAMN do the Flyers have a tough fucking schedule the rest of the way. If (when) they make the playoffs, they certainly will have earned it.

If they had been able to score at all in the first month of the season, they'd be challenging Pittsburgh for the division. Hope they get in as the division 2/3 and not the wild card.

yesterday's game was less frustrating for me because the 3 goals from 4-0 to 4-3 occurred while i was grocery shopping, then caught the rest of the game.
