Parade Viewing Spots: Where's your spot?

Where you all going?

I've got Linc tickets, but I want to actually watch the parade, so I'm thinking about finding a spot early in the route (City Hall, maybe?) and then taking the subway down to the Linc in an effort to make it there on time for the ceremony.

I think I'm just going to hang around in the CBP parking lot. Hopefully I'll be able to see everyone go by on a float, and I'll hear everything and see it on the screens.

I'm trying not to buy tickets on Ebay. Really trying hard not to. I got into all three playoff rounds, don't need to be inside for the parade. Please help me realize this.

picked up the trolley at gulph mills. Barely was able to get on. No one has been able to get on since! I imagine 69th street is going to be insane.

Hmmm, legions of fire police are being called in to Conshohocken in vicinity of the train station for crowd control. I wonder if there's lots of people waiting for trains that aren't coming or stopping???
