Is backshegoes funny in 2020? I mean hell, was it even actually funny in 2006 to anyone who wasn’t super obsessed with the Phillies and specifically their color guy.

The Phillies have been bad for 8 years now, but not even like sixers process bad, just pretty boring bad, so there aren’t a lot of player/coach/GM type of wordplay names out there to make a witty title out of.

We’re so far removed from the golden years that using a player from that era, is out dated and meh.

The ballparks of our era are veterans stadium and citizens bank park good luck trying to find something usable in there.

OnlyPhans is funny now, the humor will probably lose relevance, but the name still works after the humor fades.

As a separate note, PhansOnly.com is also available, we could register both and redirect to keep it sfw maybe? I don’t know how all that works.

I’m not a fan of backshewent since nobody actually really ever said “back she went”, it’s just derivative for the sake of being derivative. I think having something different would be good for a new start. Having said that, I respect our Democracy and rule of law! As your leader I will honor the outcome of the election. lol it doesn't matter to me. I'm enjoying these suggestions. Only problem is if I add an option to the poll, it resets all of the other votes. If there's a general consensus tomorrow afternoon I can go with whatever. OnlyPhans is a pretty good idea.
