I bet the officers went ape when they found it. Their colleagues are probably green with envy.

To be honest, the situation (hurricane\relief\aid) is ripe for exploitation. I can see how it could be appealing to smugglers.

you are just riffing on the opening line of the linked article... "This drug seizure is bananas." You did skip the obvious (FYP): I can see how it could be appealing to smugglers, alas they slipped up.

Where is the headline from? I have of course heard about the hole, and I'm not in the least surprised that some of my fellow Arkansans think it's hell breaking loose. But I had seen that. I'd also be curious as to which official has been tasked with dispelling the "rumor".
