Sadly it's pretty common in South Philly. That seems like a pretty good deal, though! $600k for three rowhomes that can probably be flipped pretty quickly for like $400k each.

One of my teammates from high school is on a TV show where they fix houses and flip them. I'm not sure what channel it's on. Never seen it. Maybe he could advise.

I walked by today and one of the lots is actually empty. The other two seem fine but on the smaller side. Would probably do well as a full demo then build one big house on all three lots. Something like 1232 Gerritt St.
