where did you post the story?

i followed a hit and run before. i just wanted to get the license plate. guy got stopped by a train 200 yards down the road and slinked back to the scene of the crime and got out.

Years ago I was out in Fell's Point one night after a Phillies/O's game. Some guy came flying around a corner, slammed into someone at a stop sign, and took off. Right in front of a cop. The guy who got hit got out to look at his car... The front license plate from the fleeing driver was embedded into his bumper.
