Yes, but...

Yes, it's true. And though I'm offended by his comments on 'other matters' - as I said on @77WABCradio & @BillSchulz's show yesterday - I was neither threatened nor offended in elevator.

Trumpies are sooooo drunk on the Kool-Aid that they will even allow themselves to be sexually assaulted by him. He really does get away with everything.

This Fox News attack on Mueller and his people is the beginning of the end for Mueller. Building up for the firing.

I expect lots of Republicans to suddenly be more outspoken after that tax bill is signed

Firing Mueller changes nothing in terms of the actual investigation. Might even hasten his removal

Of course they are. This is Donald Trump we are talking about, a blithering 71 year-old village idiot.

What we are watching is the GOP self-emolating all for the sake of a tax cut that will likely only last for three years.

Also hope Mueller and those around him are squeaky clean. If they're not, it will be used against them.

So why is this Russian lawyer testifying that Trump Jr did this and that? On the surface, they seem to be helping the investigation. I assume she's doing Putin's work because of her background.

In lets relive the errors of 2016:

A DSA organizer stated she won't vote for Doug Jones because he hasn't endorsed single-payer, tuition free schools, and $15/minimum wage.

we had that before Virginia's gubernatorial election, too

it happens; i'm not sure how much influence she would actually have right now. the political atmosphere is so different now than it was in 2016.

it's pretty picky, too. his platform is living wage, healthcare is a human right, etc. he just hasn't signed on to a specific proposal yet (there's several different proposals around these, kind of unfair to expect the special election Alabama Senate candidate to be explicitly backing one).

i've actually been surprised how fairly liberal Jones has been. He's not been Joe Manchin out there shooting coal legislation. it's very comforting, actually.

Christie has a history of diverting environment funds to help balance the budget. Over his eight years in office, he has taken more than $1 billion from the state's clean energy program and diverted it to the general fund. He also moved almost $300 million of the $355 million received from three legal settlements with Passaic River polluters.

In response, voters approved a constitutional amendment in November that would block any governor from using environment settlement funds for anything other than "restoring and protecting natural resources and paying the costs of pursuing the settlements."

speaking of not being replaced; i hope someone sues:
DETROIT (AP) — Michigan's Republican governor announced Friday that Democrat John Conyers' congressional seat will not be filled until the regularly scheduled November election, leaving it vacant for nearly a year.

Gov. Rick Snyder decided the post will be listed twice on the August primary and November general election ballots. While unlikely, it is possible voters could choose one candidate to fill the vacancy until January 2019 and elect another to a full two-year term after that.

It is unusual for a congressional district to stay vacant for so long, according to a review of vacancies and successors listed on the House website. In the last 20 years, the longest time a seat stayed empty was 10 months — in 2014, when Rep. Melvin Watt of North Carolina left to head the Federal Housing Finance Agency.

Snyder said he opted against having an earlier special election to give potential candidates ample time to decide about running, provide voters in the predominantly Democratic district more options and save money.
