Good chance it was related to something else bc lexapro isn't a strong drug and it takes a while for it to take effect
Naaa. It's my third time on it. It always fucks me up for the first 7 days or so.
I've probably mentioned it here before, but I had an interesting acclimation to Lexapro. The first couple days on it I was damn near euphoric on the lowest dose of the drug. I literally felt high and thought it was how "normal" people felt all the time. Then the next couple days I felt awful. Like crawling out of my skin anxiety and wanting to die depression. Then everything leveled out and I've been great since. Been basically a miracle drug for me. I was on 150 mg of Zoloft before that which may as well have been sugar pills other than the limp dick. So you can't really make blanket statements about a drug being strong or weak because everyone is going to react differently to them.
