Better defense by the Reds in that second inning would have resulted in a 1-0 game to this point. The Reds starting pitcher was let down by his defense behind him. So what looks like a dominating hitting performance by the Phillie's, was really just a mental mistake by the reds trying to get that out at second base rather than going to first.

On October 8, 1956, Don Larsen of the New York Yankees threw a perfect game in Game 5 of that year's World Series against the Brooklyn Dodgers. Larsen is still the only person in Major League history to throw a no-hitter of any kind during a postseason game of any kind.

Halladay's perfect game retroactively voided because poor opposing defense contributed to our run.
