The blunts in the back got the black behind and that's wack

And once again it's on!

Vic in the lineup, Francisco batting behind Feliz, everything else as you would expect.

I just want to make sure, when people remember Pedro as a Phillies in this town, it will be with fondness. That means I'll take a good start from him tonight, and deal with anything else fate has in store. But I want all of our last memories of Pedro to be good.

Pettitte is a goddamn dimpled hick. I hope Werth drops fist on him thrice

One wish: For once, Howard and Ibanez take Pettitte's slider to left. If they do, I like our chances.

Sportscenter is going to do a countdown of the best Game 6's in World Series history.

I wonder how they'll dry their tears when "GETS BY BUCKNER" is inevitably played.

I'm watching the Pedro Mets start and laughing over an earlier time when Steve Phillips was gainfully employed.

(Open Letter to Pedro Martinez)

Dear Pedro,

While you may not care about your baseball legacy with the writers and would rather be remembered as a kindhearted person, I would personally like to see you go out on a high note. Tonight is potentially the last MLB game in which you'll ever play. For me personally, this is significant because you were the most dominating pitcher I ever saw pitch in a live game. While this game--a May 2003 contest against the Rangers--wasn't particularly notable for yourself, it left a poor college student in Maine happy he spent the money to attend a game that featured an all time great.

Six years later this fan was clamoring for his team to sign this great for one final run at glory, which they did. Many fans were aghast at this decision, feeling that it was a move of desperation. On a fateful Sunday night in September, you put to ease all of these worries by pitching a brilliant game that reminded all of the "vintage" Pedro. It was that night that you truly became a "Phillie." We could all feel the bond as you walked off the mound to chants of "Let's Go Pedro!" Tonight, you'll have the chance to become not just a legend on the Phillies, but rather a Phillies Legend. Much like that May 2003 game, you'll be facing a team featuring Alex Rodriguez and Mark Teixeira. Hopefully, this game will also feature "vintage" Pedro and a beat down of the opposition.

If I were you, I'd hit up spell check to remove the slight irony inherent in your post.

There's like a 25% chance I'm going to puke at some time during this game
I know what you're asking yourself and the answer is yes. I have a nick name for my penis. Its called the Octagon, but I also nick named my testes - my left one is James Westfall and my right one is Doctor Kenneth Noisewater.
