Phils will go through the order at least once more. Charlie wants Ben later in the game. It was the right move. As for Stairs, he doesn't want to waste him on a lefty when the Yanks have Joba, Hughes & Rivera in the pen.

Forget who made the point, but it was a pretty good one, IMO ... that Stairs just didn't get enough ABs to be kickass. Last year he got all kinds of play in Toronto before coming over.
