the phillies remind me of bruce willis at the end of armageddon. as he's been separated from the detonator, the crew debates going back and doing it themselves. ben affleck confidently says, "harry will do it. he doesn't know how to fail." this is the phillies folks. they don't know how to fail. tonight is the night where they relieve all of our worries and stress. and tomorrow, up 2-1 in the series, the crowd will roar "cccccccccc cccccccc" as a flustered sabathia walks off the mound, well behind and the yankees staring at a 3-1 defecit. then it's clifton phifer's turn to bask in the spotlight.

what is this f-ed up bs - if you're gonna replay chunks of the prior games, why not start with game 1 rather than the yankee-centric finish of the last game?

this really is the limit.

I'm hoping they did it knowing the rain delay will only be as long as the 9th of game 2...
