What the fuck? He does realize Happ can pitch multiple innings right?

Horrible move. Durbin should never face Manny. I don't care what arm he throws with. And a total waste of Happ in a game where you already know bullpens will be huge. Bad.

Forget Happ, I'm worried about Hamels getting another ER in this inning

I think that's pretty legit. He'd have gotten Manny.

Try having to read a book about the history of the Bacardi family and their role in Cuban nationalism/independence during the commercials for a test tomorrow.

I think Dajafi likes me. BUt maybe you're right, because drunk dajafi might just ban me for the hell of it, and Vox seems to have a strict "no reinstatement ever" policy.

For the record, I banned that guy--who'd been banned here at least once before, btw--because he was an ass, not (primarily) because I wuz drunk.

Particularly on drunken bans. I mean, they're too funny to undo.

What did I rename your account that one time?

top of the 5th...2 starters burned... blanton can't pitch and need to save pedro and lee for later.

Therefore, all we have is CHP, Durbin, Eyre, Madson, Bastardo (?) and Lidge left to get us through 6-7-8-9.

on my third Yuengling, getting ready for number 4 over here. And Jesus, way to make me sweat Philly.
But this is why I love watching live ball. In a box score, a three run lead is pretty dominant, but here, it feels a hair between victory and defeat.

Anyone worried we'll be seeing Cliff Lee before the night is done?

I assume you're in college.

To be fair, I was in college in '93, and I think I suffered through almost all of that sober.
