<-was like "Don't think they've made the soccer world cup in recent memory. Are there other world cups? Does he mean cricket or rugby or some other British crap?"

It's nice that this game is suitably not stressful to have such thoughts and conversations.

Stay in the cities and you'll be fine.

Actually, they're all gay there.

...which, now that I think about it a little more, kinda does support the "td11 gets raped" hypothesis. Sorry.

yeah, really. plus they pooped on india in the world cup last time.

i'll still visit NZ, though.

Well gentlemen, barring a disaster, it's pretty hard to imagine how this game could have gone any better. Deeply satisfying.

Seriously, Australia's cool--or at least the part of it I saw (Sydney and environs). But yeah, NZ is probably more dramatic. My wife didn't go with me to Australia, but she wants to see New Zealand.

I really want to see New Zealand (and australia), but I find it a little hard to trust a place with so many volcanoes overdue for eruption, more sheep than people, and no mammals (other than marine mammals and a few bats) for millions of years before humans came to the island. No mammals! Birds, such as the kiwi, filled all the normal mammal niches. That's just weird.

For some reason, I always picture the person saying it performing the act; in this case, Larry Andersen.

My old roommate had a friend from New Zealand, where he studied abroad, visit him this summer. When we went to a bar, this kid ordered a "Budweiser Light"

He was happy to see it on tap.

So there's the story full circle, sort of.

God Cliff Lee is amazing.
