Great teams find all kinds of ways to win games. This was our worst game in weeks. We’ve got something special brewing here boys.

Best scenario seems to be to win the division and get the Jackets first, then have Washington knock out the Pens since we'd seem to have the Caps number for Round 2 and then Boston/Tampa to get to the Finals

I don’t wanna play the islanders in round 1. Canes/Jackets are best case scenario.
Washington beating Pittsburgh would be fantastic.
I don’t think we can beat TB, Boston we would have a punchers chance. Need Toronto to do us a solid for a change.

Winning the division puts the Final in play though.

If we have less points than TB, but play them in ECF as the division winner, who gets Home Ice?

NHL.com says TB would be home:
Home-ice advantage through the first two rounds goes to the team that placed higher in the regular-season standings. In the Conference Final and Stanley Cup Final, home-ice advantage goes to the team that had the better regular-season record, regardless of the teams' final standing in their respective divisions.
