They won't be able to prove it. Jerry is a snake like his son and you knew he would use any influence he has left to try to keep the family name untarnished.

Also it is interesting that they have nothing about the accounts going dark after BC was told, guessing Sixers left that out so they could say he didn't know in an agreement for him to resign.
