That was a shitty drawn up PP, not sure why they didn’t change either. Most of them were out when the penalty was called.

Also, why was Matt Read recalled if he wasn't going to play? He's a veteran and was playing well in the AHL. If they recalled him just to scratch him 3 straight games it seems pointless/dick move.

had to call him up by then so he wouldn't count against their three recalls for the rest of the season. he's worthless, but he probably enjoys sitting in the nhl more than he does riding the bus in the ahl.
